The Law-of-attractionWhat is the Law of Attraction? The Law-of-Attraction has been variously stated as "like attracts like", "energy attracts like energy" or as "the magnetic power of the Universe that draws similar energies together." This law seems to explain many observable phenomena in the universe which, though they may be predictable, yet appear illogical. Illogical in the sense that things do not gravitate to where they are needed but to where there is already a surplus. For instance, in nature the oceans have the greatest quantity of water - yet all rivers supply more water directly or indirectly to the oceans! Thus we have the proverb, "Much will have more". In the Bible we find this: "For unto every one that hath shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but from him that hath not shall be taken away even that which he hath." - Matt. 25:29. Does this not agree with the common occurence whereby some folks seem to enjoy one accomplishment after another, whereas some others seem to experience only endless failure and frustration? Could it be that each of these groups of people have identified themselves with (or, have) a certain "vibe" or "spirit" of success or failure, which attracts to them MORE of the same? Remember the saying, "Nothing succeeds like success". Applying the Law of Attraction? We all use this law in our lives, mostly unconsciously. Still, we can learn to use this powerful natural law consciously for good in our lives. Basically, to make conscious use of the law you must clearly define what you want, you must ask the universe for it, you must visualize, feel and believe that the object of your desire is already yours and you must behave according to this realization, yet let go of any sense of straining to achieve the outcome and be open to receive.
